自從事兒童職能治療開始，一路來與各式不同的家庭和孩童相處互動，在輔導與協助的過程中，也不斷的進修及累積如何有效的幫助家庭及孩子們進步。
這十幾年的經歷讓我能快速覺察並分析孩子的發展能力及心理狀態，依照每個孩子的家庭狀況與生活環境，提供適當的教養建議及策略的應用。
對於各私立幼教老師知能進修課程中，也提供老師們在教育現場如何進行客觀的觀察與適當的介入引導，協助孩童沉浸快樂的校園生活。
隨著輔導與諮詢的經歷增加，我開始發現很多孩子因為學習表現不佳或情緒行為不當因而無法產生正向的學習心態，讓家長們非常擔憂，而在不了解孩子各項生理能力的情況下因而錯失了提升孩子成長自信的關鍵時機。
在學習歷程的不同階段裡，隨著學科的難度提升、需要的技能開始複雜及自我意識的心理成長，這些都是需要家長與老師用心觀察、耐心陪伴。
兒童發展的歷程中，因學習資源與生活環境的不同，每個孩子所擁有的生理技能與程度也都大不相同。透過評測分析能更瞭解孩子在哪一項學習技能需要提升與強化，個別化的學習策略，優化孩子的學習模式，奠定孩子關鍵的學習能力。

Our educational approach is focused on CEPP and teaching Positive Discipline (正向教養), it is essential for creating a safe, respectful, and effective learning environment. Positive discipline focuses on guiding our students to understand their behavior, take responsibility for their actions, and make better choices. It emphasizes mutual respect, clear communication, empathy, and consistent boundaries.
By implementing positive discipline, we help our students develop essential life skills such as self-regulation, problem-solving, and emotional intelligence. This approach also reduces behavioral issues, supports mental well-being, and strengthens relationships between students, teachers, and peers. Ultimately, teaching positive discipline not only improves classroom management but also prepares our students to become responsible, compassionate, and productive members of society.
